I have ti say Im so disappointed with Paypal and the late fee policy, I made a payment that was double my minimum payment a few weeks before, I always make payments on all my accounts like that, i pay something here and something there , I may end up making 2-3 payments a month, yet Paypal hits me with a $27 late fee and then takes out my payment the next day.... PAYPAL . this really is probably the last time ill use your services. !
