I orders item on 21st n9vember seller was unhelpful with confirming it's been posted one day told yes it's gone next time told will do it tomorrow, next time told do you want me to post it tomorrow. Seller not answering calls or messages at all seller has no feedback in eBay at all, seriously doubting this seller pretty sure it's a con. What do I do to get money back

I would try an ebay dispute first for non receipt of item.

Use the report a problem option next to the transaction in your my ebay.
