Is PayPal Credit Down?

I logged into PayPal credit to make a payment and I’m getting that circle that spins round & round instead of the page loading. I need to make a payment before the 4th. I’m having chest pain. What should I do? Thank you for your consideration.

will not load

but sure paypal will charge a late fee anyway
