I have a Pending charge on my PayPal Credit Account which is a duplicate of one I have already paid in full. It has been there in error for nearly a month. How do I get rid of it? I tried the resolution centre but they just said it wasn't a claim so they wouldn't deal with it. Woeful service by PayPal.
