I am having the same problem. I also can't see what amount of interest is being charged each month.
I find this very odd.
I have tried contacting them by phone and also through the message center but I keep being told that due to COVID-19, they are unable to help me at this time.
This sounds very fishy. I have questioned it before but now that my balance just doesn't seem to be going down although I increased my payments, I am concerned PayPal may be doing something unfairly to our credit accounts (like overcharging interest).
