I've tried online ..I've tried speaking with paypal...I've tried sending money with..I've tried paying bills... PAYPAL CREDIT OF 3,000 IS JUST LAYING THERE. !$!$%! IT SAYS THE SAME THING EVERYTIME! Cannot complete your transaction at this time try again later....its been 3 months now and paypal says that my account is in good standing but for some reason their security system is not allowing me to use the credit line....Why? I asked them over and over and their reply is....we cannot discuss anything of our security system with anyone..? W/t%f!! Anyone else ha ing this problem if so how was it or if it even has been resolved did you go about doing so? Thank you kindly!!!
