I should be able to decide which PayPal Credit balances any overpayments are credited against. So why can't I? Seems like a pretty minimal technical hurdle for a company that pulls in revenues as large as PayPal.
Mostly interested in an actual answer from a PayPal employee, here. PayPal Credit doesn't offer me the level of flexibility that I'd like, in a way that's limited my ability to make purchases for the next while (thank you, 36-month interest free instalment plan that inexplicably is now top priority for all overpayments). I should be able to make my own prioritisations when it comes to any repayments above the minimum.
It should be better than this, really.
