I sent PP a check & It was delivered...But nothing is happening

Hey guys...So here's my problem...I mailed out a check to PP & it was delivered on the 11th & as of Wednesday 5/23/18 my balance in my account is still the same...Should I be worried? (Bc the process is taking a lot longer than normal...Thanks!)
