I've been trying to pay a bill for paypal credit for over a week now and I keep getting an error message when trying to access paypal credit "We are having difficulties trying to access your information, please try again later". I've called paypal and they say call paypal credit, i call paypal credit and am told to call paypal. No one can give me an answer. Once person said clear my cache and cookies which i did to no avail. Another person said its a nationwide issue, another says its just me because everything is working. I've tried from 4 different computers now and my phone app. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm very frustrated cuz my bill is due and i can't pay and when i call to pay they say the office is closed.
