On 1/3/2020 I tried to log into my paypal credit account. My back up credit card account had to be closed due to fraudulent activity. I was unable to confirm my information. Some of the requested information does not include upload using a secure web site connection. How do I access my account?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
