Hi, I've just created a new account on PayPal and tried to link my credit card. It doesn't working it says your card is declined. I've contact with my card bank and they told my card don't has any problem I tried to link it again and now my account is limited. My old account was limited too but I contact with PayPal and they remove the limitation after that I tried to add the card again after the limitation but it doesn't work so I created a new account but the problem still the same. There is no way to contact PayPal agents in my country. Please anyone can help me.
