A customer of mine paid me with a $50 PayPal credit. I know that the $50 was credited to my account 2 or 3 months ago. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO USE IT. My default payment method on PayPal is a personal credit card (not a PayPal credit card). I thought that if I used PayPal, my credit card would be charged $50 less than my order total, but this has not been the case. Can someone in the community please tell me how to use my $50 PayPal credit? Alternatively, does anyone in the community know what phone number I can call to speak with a live PayPal agent?
