How to increase limit without linking bank acccount

Hello, i am using paypal everyday for some transactions, i only have my debit master card (gcash) linked to it, but i don't have bank account yet under my name. my withdrawal, sending limits will be all used soon, how could i increase my limit without a bank account? thankyou
