I purchased for items by using PayPal Credit. In few weeks time I paid back all the balance. After 3 months I recieved a refund and now I have all the balance/credit limit + refound on the top. When I'm trying to buy on ebay by using PayPal Credit, system says: Your application can't be processed. We're sorry but you won't be able to use PayPal Credit for this purchase. Please choose another funding source. Many thanks.
