How do i fund my account? The steps in the website are not working, there is no "Add" in "Wallet" page. I am trying to send someone money but paypal doesnt allow me, i tried with 2 different cards!!!! The only way now is to fund my account then transfer. Btw, very bad customer service!!

Regrettably, the option to add money to the PayPal balance is not available in Saudi Arabia at this time.
