How do I split payments for PayPal credit.

I have four items to pay for. One item is deferred until June 2019. The others were deferred until October 2019 and are collecting interest although the amounts are very small. When I make a payment to PayPal credit they split the payment to all four items. Had I been paying attention I would have seen this sooner and the deferrement for October would have been paid on time. The June deferred item is being paid out of the payments I am making now. How do I specify how my payment is split among the amounts owed ??
