How can you cancel an order?

I changed my mind about something I ordered yesterday, and so I attempted to contact the Seller, and PayPal to say that I wished to cancel. Cooling off period, and all that!

 

I have not received a reply from the Seller, and no one from the Resolution Centre at PayPal has come back to me either.

 

Things ought to be simpler than this, assuming that the Sellers are reputable people that is!

Refunds are only initiated by the seller from their PayPal account.

 

In PayPal we offer Buyer Protection. We can reverse a transaction for situations wherein you made a complete payment but the item was not received or significantly not as described. When either of these situations happen to you, you may file a dispute via the resolution centre.
