- I have DD set up and a default visa and Mastercard set up the DD to pay monthly £100.
To cover my monthly payments I agreed to set up the DD.
After being given a late payment charge while all the available cards were not debited and I
was asked to pay £12.50.
Imediately called them dismayed they waived the outstanding charge and asked my to start the DD
so no more late charges.
A few months later I am charged again although the DD goes out as usual well above the balance due.
Now I am completely confused what the hells is going on I have more than adequate funds
available the cards and bank details are all in my account. What the hells is going on makes no
sense.
