Help with scam!!!

Hi, So I bought a Christmas present and didn’t receive it. I checked my confirmation email and clicked track my parcel to find the website closed and typing it in google it is a scam website. I used Paypal credit to pay and it says ‘your funding source will be charged when the seller completes your order’ - it is still under pending and not completed transactions so I have two questions 1) what does the seller have to provide to complete the transaction And 2) what shall I do, shall I ring Paypal or the police? Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, if the transaction is still 'Pending', it means that the seller has not processed your order yet. If the option to cancel the transaction is available, you would see it in the Transaction Details. If the option is not available, please contact the seller to have the order cancelled and the payment released back to you. If the seller does not process the order, the transaction should be automatically reversed after 30 days. If this does not happen and the transaction is completed, you can review our Buyer Protection policy to see if you're eligible for a refund.
