Having trouble Accessing my Account

Can't seem to access some details on my account

All of a suddney My past tranctions are gone

I had to keep redoing my Bank account link

And don't have access to my Paypal credit. So Cant pay off any

I also had to redo my email

I tried contact customer service but cant get through
