Got a letter welcoming me to my new PayPal credit account but I didn't open one and the email the monthly reports are being sent to is not mine. Can not get through to anyone at PayPal to help. Anyone else had this happen? How did you fix it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
