Hello all. When I attempt to send money to my relative using the PayPal credit option, I receive an error that says "funds are not available, contact financial institution....". I have attempted this with varying dollar amounts. My sister is able to use this feature without issue. There is no outstanding balance on my PayPal credit account and I have plenty of credit available. Can anyone help me with this?
