A copy of a email I sent to customer services last week, have only had an automated response so far.
"I opened my paypal account with a purchase of a PC with left me with payments of £75.75 per month over a twelve month period. I next purchased a cooker on a four month interest free option. I made a payment of £164.50 on July 18th, £75.75 to cover the PC and £88.75 as the first of four installments of the cooker payment. Why has the entire amount been taken off the PC purchase and nothing off the cooker purchase? I find myself now unable to make a further payment on the August 13th, could you please help me in resolving this issue as the resolution service you provide is not loading for me (on two different browsers) Thank you in anticipation of your help."
