I've received an email from PayPal, asking me if I want to up my credit limit by hitting the confirm button, is this genuine?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm unable to say specifically whether or not that offer you received is genuine or not. However, here's a Help Center article on How to Spot Spoof Emails that should help determine whether it's legitimate or not.
