I tried to make a bill payment that was due March 22,2020 for Paypal Credit and the site wouldn't load onto the computer screen. I'm not complaining but...just mentioning it ,so it won't be blamed on me for not paying. I 'm guessing it's due to CoronaVirus and when I clicked on contact us -that's what was mentioned ,that they were short of staff due to CoronaVirus...something like that.
As for the other part of Paypal ,Paypal Mastercard that bill did go through earlier this month because Mastercard is a National chain or maybe International and they may be better equipped to service their card despite the CoronaVirus outbreak.
As long as it's all agreed upon by everyone that Paypal Credit isn't going to be billing anyone while the CoronaVirus Outbreak is occurring,due to a staff shortage ,then I won't have to take the blame that a bill wasn't paid as I did attempt to !
