I filed a dispute last month and it is closed now, however it shows I have a negative amount on my PayPal. I made this purchase through credit so I don’t understand why it didn’t go back to that.

Thank you for your post! If the dispute was found in your favor, the purchase amount would be returned to the payment method that was used. To learn more about how a refund is credited and the expected time frames, please take a look at this article.
