Direct debit not working

Hi all first time on here. I've set up the paypal credit and went through the process of serving up a direct debit. But got an email to say they the my payment wasn't made and not be charged a late fee. But I dont know what went wrong.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
I would recommend checking that your direct debit mandate has been accepted. You can check it from your PayPal Credit Account Settings.
