Is it normal for PayPal to close entire account usage because I reported a charge that i didn't authorize. I signed up for a free trial to a learning site and cancelled 2days later but still was charged full price. I did contact the learning site & asked pay pal to get a refund from them.. So instead they froze my account for fraud
