I am rather new to all this and find PayPal's Customer Disservice to be far and away the most frustrating with which I've eve had to deal so I'm hoping that one of you can help. Can I use my PayPal Credit account to send money to my bank account?

PayPal Credit cannot be used to cash advance. It can only be used to fund payments sent to others.
