DD payments to PayPal Credit

Are DD taken automatically ? Or do I have to manually “ make a payment” on the due date ?

Manually.

You should receive a monthly statement.  You can choose to pay in full or over time (interest charges may apply).   At any time you can pay your balance due from either your PayPal balance or your linked bank account conveniently on PayPal.com.   You can also mail your payments in to:

I'm sorry that I had to remove the address information @Anonymous_User helpfully posted. The Community Guidelines do not allow for any addresses to be posted in the community. This helps prevent fraudsters from sneaking false information in amid the correct information.
