This happened to me too. I was notified about the reduction long after it had taken effect. I've never missed a payment. I asked them via the 'message' function and received a blase 'oh sorry about that' response, no explanation provided... It is frustrating to see the CEO's coronavirus message "we're supporting you" when in reality they are being dodgy!!
This happened to me too. Never missed a payment, always pay it off before interest kicks in. I've messaged asking why they slashed my amount but still no response.
This happened to me as well. Cut it in half from what I had. Paid on time never had high balances. This also made my credit score drop as I inquired with another card. The drastic cut was a "red flag" to them.
