Have “exceptional” credit everywhere, but just had a message from a credit agency to say that PayPal has reduced my credit by a LOT. NO notice from PayPal!! Cannot get through to the Synchrony Bank number provided, cannot get a live human being to ask. Anyone else had a similar problem and solution??
