Credit not updating?

I purchased a new CPU for my PC using PayPal credit from eBuyer. Selecting a 24 month plan etc. On eBuyer it gets confusing now, it states I used PayPal Express so I assume both PayPal and PayPal Credit show as the same. Their site says my credit with them is -[Amount] in red. But on PayPal, my available credit hasn't changed and it dosn't show the amount I paid using credit. However the transaction does show under Completed in Activity, but not as credit. 

 

Is this normal? I've not even received an email from Paypal confirming my credit plan yet.
