I cannot use PayPal credit ANYWHERE. Can't send money to people with it, can't make purchases online with it, nothing. I used to be able to. It keeps getting declined even though I have plenty of funds. I get the "your payment was declined, try something else" error every time. What is going on? What is the point of having it if I can't use it???????
