Hi, was looking for some advice regarding my credit account. I recently payed the amount to clear the balance, and soon after I had a refund for a purchase I made, so account was put into minus. I decided to purchase something close to that amount as I assumed it would take it back to 0 or more, but does not seem to be the case. How can I correct the minus? Thanks.
