Hi
I had a £400 credit limit which I was happy with. My balance is currently £196. I was trying to keep it down incase I needed something in an emergency.
I pay more than my minimum payment and I don't incur interest.
Today I received an email saying my limit was being lowered to £200. I called to ask why and was told because I wasn't utilising my credit. So basically because they're saying because my balance isn't consistently at around £400, that's why it was lowered and if I don't keep it around £200, I will lose that as well. So if I want to keep PayPal Credit, I need to always have a balance. How is that responsible lending.
Is this correct, I've never heard of anything like this before.
