I was notified by two of my credit card companies that a new account had opened in my name. Namely:

Type of Industry: Bank Credit Cards Account Number: 6044******* Address: PO BOX 965005 ORLANDO FL 32896
Coincidentally, I had sent a payment to someone on 5/25 for a purchase, the same day my credit was pulled. The account was opened on 5/28. I've gotten no email or anything telling me about setting up a new account. What's this about?
