On July 27th we ordered an inflatable hot tub. As of today 10/20/2020, we have not received the item. I opened a case with PayPal at the beginning of September disputing the charge. Today, PayPal decided in the seller's favor. How can I get my money back for an item purchased and never received? The seller is from China if that helps.
