My first charge was 12 pounds late payment for a 20 pound debt a bit excessive considering i thought i was direct debit the most worrying thing sent the letter to my old address which i moved away from 3 months ago and have updated my details the same day so why my old address this is the one i set up with the same address as my card and please dont make me wait 12 minutes to answer the phone had to hang up dissapointed.
When you phone stick it on loud speaker and get on with something else for a few hours until its answered OR
