Changed PayPal Email Address Due to Spam. All Wallet Items Disappeared Including PayPal Credit.

Now, I can't log in to PayPal Credit. I can't make payments OR use PayPal Credit. I have made numerous calls over the past month, about two connected to both PayPal and PayPal Credit customer service but it's not resolved.
