Hi just wanted to know why its saying im not able to receive a cash advance on paypal? I have had 3 before and all paid in full and i meet all the requirements, it was paid in full about 4-5 days ago. Many thanks
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
