Why my card 8574 have been charged for confirmation but never recievedvthe code?

Don't put any info on this forum as this is a world wide public advice forum and not paypal customer services.
If you have not received a code then either its a card paypal does not accept or you have to wait a bit longer for it to show.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
