Card confirmation

Hello

I added my card on 14th February 2020 and I had to wait for the confirmation code but sill now I haven't received that code. What can I do to get that code for confirming my visa card?

Thanks for replying, Though it is not helping as the main problem is that PayPal hasn't sent me the confirmation code yet and it is already one week ago.
