Hi, I received a letter around a month ago about my Credit Limit increasing to £1,000, from £500. The website/app are now showing my limit is £1,000 but my available balance has not changed, as if I still have a limit of £500. I've been meeting all the minimum monthly payments by direct debit but can't seem to access this additional £500 of my new limit. Am I missing something?
