I recently received two refunds for purchases made via PayPal, which were credited back to my PayPal account. However, there is no Account Balance displayed on my Summary page, and no option anywhere (that I can find) to transfer the credit to my bank account. I can't view my balance on the ios app or on my desktop computer.
