Can't transfer paypal credit

Hi guys, I'm trying to transfer paypal credit to a friends account and it asks me to do it through a card or bank account. Why doesn't it give me the option of sending my paypal credit?

Paypal credit can't be used as cash advances.

So you mean, the money that i have on my account , i can't send it to people?
