Can't set up Direct Debit payments

Hello,

I am having a bad time with setting up direct debit on my PayPal Credit because once I click 'Add a Bank Account' it takes me to the next window that says 'select your bank' but the window is blank. I tried using different browser, even tried from my phone but still no luck.

Also are instalments to be processed automatically, or do I have to set up direct debit for the exact amount of my instalment to be processed? On my PayPal Credit statement it took the whole purchase amount, and it says 'Purchase - 6 instalments'. The payment is still on 'Pending' though so I'm not sure if it's because I didn't set up the Direct Debit yet or..
