I was recently approved for 6500 in paypal credit. Upon visiting a few sites though (ebay, newegg) and attempting a paypal credit purchase I have been declined every time. My contact information is exactly the same as in my paypal account and I am using the same shipping and billing address . Any reasons this would be happening?
