Mine has disappeared too. Microsoft did an update yesterday, so anything is possible with my PC.
But it looks like it's PayPal's issue. The page that relates to the link I had in an email, just says Sorry that page is no longer available. So, perhaps someone did an update & wiped everything out! 😞
I tried to leave a message but there is no-one there. So, will try again tomorrow.
