Can't Access PayPal Credit Account on Windows 10 Computer

Is anyone else having trouble looking at their PayPal Credit Account online.

I can log into my PayPal account, but when I try to go to PayPal Credit I get the screen to go paperless and then just a spinning green circle on screen.

This has been going on for a month.
